You have the right to cancel your order in full or in part and return the goods to Us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note however that if the reason for return is not a fault on Our part, the postage and packing charge will not be refunded.
We are not liable for any damage to the goods that We supply after they have been delivered.
If you wish to return any goods for exchange or refund please make sure that the goods are returned to Us undamaged, unopened, unused and in the original packaging, and that they are packed safely and securely for return.
To return goods that have arrived damaged for exchange or a refund please return them in the original packaging in the condition in which the goods arrived.
To return goods for exchange or refund, or to return damaged or faulty goods please email Us at email@example.com to request a returns code.
We will endeavour to accommodate the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
If you are returning goods to Us, please ensure that you retain proof of postage, We cannot accept any responsibility for return goods lost in the post.

We will then send you (via email) a returns code and clarification of Our returns address within one working day (Our return address is the same as Our business address which you will find both on your delivery note, the footer of this Website and cited in Our Terms and Conditions Policy. However, We will remind you of the return address in the returns code email that We send to you for your convenience.
You the customer are responsible for making sure that the goods are safely and securely packaged for return, and for including either a printed or hand written explanation quoting the returns code, and your name, address and email address.
If you lose your returns code don't worry, you can email Us again at:
email@example.com, and We will resend it to you via email.
Return the goods to Us at the address provided unopened, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
We will then endeavour to either refund your payment, or exchange your goods ready for despatch within 1 working day (were possible) of the receipt of your return.
Postage Cost Refunds
If you the customer have cancelled the order completely subject to the terms and conditions of sale and have retuned the full order to Us, the entirety of the original value of your order inclusive of the original postage charge will be refunded.
Please note however that we are not responsible for the return postage costs if the reason for return is not a fault on Our part. In that event the return postage will not be refunded.
If you are entitled to a postage refund in full or in part on your original order because We made an error, the amount that you will be refunded will be the equivalent of the Postage Charge paid by the customer at the accommodate the return of all or part of the order to Us.
If you have requested to exchange a returned item because We have made an error, We will also resend the correct item to you the customer free of charge.
We are NOT responsible for the cost of return postage in any other event.
