Q1 – How do I pay for my order, and which payment methods do you accept?
A1 – We use Paypal Express Secure Checkout and Payment Gateway. You can either pay using your Paypal account, or you can pay with a major Credit/Debit Card.

Q2 – I don't have a Paypal account, can I still pay with a Credit/Debit Card without a Paypal account?
A2 – Yes you can. You don't need a Paypal account to use the Paypal Express Payment Gateway. Simply select the credit card payment option at the checkout and you will be guided through the order process for Credit/Debit card payments. All goods and shipping costs are charged in British Pounds Sterling.
Q3 – Can I order and pay for goods with cash sent through the post?
A3 – NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. For your protection and Ours, all goods must be purchased via Our secure online checkout, and will not be sold by any other means. Goods are supplied by mail order only, none of the goods for sale on this Website are available for cash sale or collection.
We do not accept telephone orders, or orders made by postal application. We do not accept cash, postal orders, international money orders or any other payment methods. Do NOT send orders or payment to Us for any of the goods available for purchase on this Website through the post. We cannot accept any responsibility to cash or money orders sent through postal services.
Q4 – How is my order delivered, and how much do you charge for postage and packing?
A4 – We despatch all orders by Royal Mail via the postage option the customer selects at the checkout.
Orders within the United Kingdom can be shipped either by Royal Mail First Class at a cost of between £2.79- £3.49 dependent on the value of the order, or Royal Mail First Class Signed For® at a cost of between £3.99 - £4.99 with a track and trace number that is included in the customer despatch confirmation email.
Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United Kingdom are despatched at a Standard International flat rate of £6.49 on all orders regardless of size, and up to a weight of 2kg.

Q5 – How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A5 – We will strive to despatch your order within one working day, and dependent on the postage option you choose Royal Mail will usually deliver your order within a further 1-2 working days. Therefore, your order should arrive with within 2-3 working days dependent on the selected postage option. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
International deliveries usually take around 3-7 working days, so your order should arrive within 4 to 8 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive.
Q6 – Can I order from outside the United Kingdom?
A6 – Yes .. We can ship orders to any International Postal Zone.
However, please be aware that WE DO NOT SHIP BOTANICAL PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.

Q7 – Why don't you ship botanical products outside of the United Kingdom?
A7 - Most Countries both within and outside of the European Union DO NOT allow botanical goods (herbs, roots, seeds, flower parts, plant parts or any other organic materials) to be imported/enter the country without special licensing and/or special documentation that complies with the national policies and legislation of each relevant country. Goods in transit that do not adhere to each countries legislation practices are predictably and understandably confiscated.
It is NOT possible for Us to fulfil specialist licensing and/or specialist documentation and shipping requirements for each individual order. Goods in transit that do not adhere to each countries legislation practices are predictably and understandably confiscated. Therefore, We consider it within the best interests of both the The Hall of Nephthys and the consumer to restrict the shipping of ALL the natural/botanical products available for purchase on this Website to within the United Kingdom Only.
Q8 – Can I return all or part of an order?
A8 – Yes you can. Please refer to Our Returns Policy for guidance which includes details of what to do if an order arrives damaged.
Q9 – My order has not arrived, what should I do?
A9 - If your order is too large to be delivered through a letterbox and you are not there when your order is delivered, Royal Mail will put a card through your letterbox enabling you to collect your order at the relevant Collection Office.
You are responsible for collecting your order if you are not there when it is delivered. Occasionally cards are not left, so it is always wise to check with your local Post Office if you are concerned. WE CAN NOT be responsible for orders delivered when you are not there.
In the very rare event that an order is mislaid or lost in transit, Royal Mail does not classify a package as missing until a period of 15 days over the due delivery date has expired. We cannot take any action until this time period has elapsed. After this time We will do Our best to resolve the situation as quickly and as amicably as possible.
Q10 - Do you give advice on how to use or prepare any of the natural items sold on this Website?
A10 - No .. We DO NOT offer any advice with regard to the various possible uses of any of the natural botanical items available for sale on this Website. The only information that we offer is provided within each individual items product description.
