Orders are despatched via Royal Mail within one working day where possible.
Although We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery within the UK.
When selecting Royal Mail Signed For®, please make sure you will be home to recieve the package.
As soon as your order has been despatched We will send you an email containing a tracking number which you can use to check
your orders shipping status through Royal Mail Track and Trace. Your package will usually be delivered the next working day.
We can not be responsible for attempts to deliver Signed For® orders when there is no one home at the delivery address.
International orders usually take 5-7 days from despatch to arrive. However, please allow 7-10 working days for international
orders to arrive.
If your order is too large to be delivered through a letterbox, and you are not there during an attempt to deliver your order, Royal Mail will put a card through your letterbox enabling you to collect your order at the relevant Collection Office.
You are responsible for collecting your order if you are not there when it is delivered. Occasionally cards are not left, so it is always wise to check with your local Post Office if you are concerned.
The Hall of Nephthys (www.thehallofnephthys.co.uk) can NOT be responsible for attempts to deliver your order when you are not there.
Please be assured that We take every pride in all aspects of Our service, including the thorough checking, and appropriate packaging of all orders prior to despatch.
If you wish to return any goods for exchange or refund please refer to the terms of Our Returns Policy.
Make sure that the goods are returned undamaged, unopened, unused and in the original packaging, and that they are packed safely and securely for return.
To return goods that have arrived damaged for exchange or a refund please return them in the original packaging in the condition that the goods arrived in.

We will endeavour to accommodate the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
If you are returning goods to Us, pleasure ensure that you retain proof of postage, We cannot accept any responsibility for return goods lost in the post.
