Delivery and Returns Policy
The information on this page outlines the delivery and returns policy for The Hall of Nephthys (www.thehallofnephthys.co.uk), Us/We/Our/this Website.
You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods to Us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note however that if the reason for return is not a fault on Our part, the postage and packing charge will not be refunded.
We are not liable for any damage to the goods that We supply after they have been delivered.
If you wish to return any goods for exchange or refund please make sure that the goods are returned to Us undamaged, unopened, unused and in the original packaging, and that they are packed safely and securely for return.
To return goods that have arrived damaged for exchange or a refund please return them in the original packaging in the condition in which the goods arrived.
To return goods for exchange or refund, or to return damaged or faulty goods please email Us at email@example.com to receive a returns code.
We will endeavour to accommodate the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
If you are returning goods to Us, please ensure that you retain proof of postage, We cannot accept any responsibility for return goods lost in the post.

Too big/Too small

We will then send you (via email) a returns code and clarification of Our returns address within one working day (Our return address is the same as Our business address which you will find both on your delivery note and cited in Our Terms and Conditions Policy. However, We will remind you in the returns code email that We send to you for your convenience).
Pack the goods safely and securely for return, and include either a printed or hand written explanation including the returns code, your name, address and email address.
If you lose your returns code don't worry, you can email Us again at email@example.com and We will resend it to you via email.
Return the goods to Us at the address provided unopened, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
We will then endeavour to refund your payment, or exchange your goods ready for despatch within 1-2 working days of the receipt of your return.
If you are entitled to a full postage refund on your original order, the amount that you will be refunded will be the equivalent of the Postage Charge by which it was sent.
We are NOT responsible for the cost of return postage.
If your order is too large to be delivered through a letterbox, and you are not there when your order is delivered, Royal Mail will put a card through your letterbox enabling you to collect your order at the relevant Collection Office.
You are responsible for collecting your order if you are not there when it is delivered. Occasionally cards are not left, so it is always wise to check with your local Post Office if you are concerned.
The Hall of Nephthys (www.thehallofnephthys.co.uk) can NOT be responsible for orders delivered when you are not there.
Orders Lost in the Post
In the rare event that an order is mislaid or lost in transit, Royal Mail does not classify a package as missing until a period of 15 days over the due delivery date has expired. We cannot take any action until this time period has elapsed. After this time We will do Our best to resolve the situation as quickly and as amicably as possible.
